Cancellation
Kung biglaang ma-cancel ang flight less than 24 hours before the Estimated Time of Departure (o schedule na binigay), at ang dahilan ay force majeure o safety or security reasons (mga dahilang labas sa control ng airline, halimbawa weather conditions), may karapatan kang humingi ng full refund.
Kung ang cancellation ay kasalanan ng airline, ang options mo naman ay:
- (a) Humingi ng full refund, kung hindi na gustong ituloy ang flight;
- (b) Magpa-endorse sa ibang airline kung may space, without additional charge; o
- (c) Magpa-rebook to the next flight with available space (or to a future trip within 30 days), without additional charge
Kung nasa airport na nung i-cancel ang flight, dapat ka ring bigyan ng amenities:
- (a) Refreshments or meals (e.g., snacks consisting of at least a bottle of water and a sandwich, or breakfast, lunch, or dinner, or a voucher for food);
- (b) Hotel accommodation accessible from the airport;
- (c) Transportation from the airport to the hotel; and
- (d) Free phone calls, text or e-mails.
Huli, kung advance gawin ng airline ang cancellation (24 hours or more bago ang scheduled na pag-alis) anuman ang dahilan ay may karapatan kang pumili sa refund o rebooking.
Delay
Kung nasa terminal ka na ng airport, pero ang scheduled flight ay na-delay at least 3 hours after Estimated Time of Departure, pareho rin ang options mo:
- (a) Humingi ng full refund, kung hindi na gustong ituloy ang flight;
- (b) Magpa-endorse sa ibang airline kung may space, without additional charge; o
- (c) Magpa-rebook to the next flight with available space (or to a future trip within 30 days), without additional charge
At dahil nasa airport ka na, may karapatan rin sa amenities:
- (a) Refreshments or meals; and
- (b) Free phone calls, text or e-mails.
Kung napakatagal ng paghihintay, at umabot na ng at least 6 hours delay kasalanan ng airline, considered cancelled na ang flight bukod pa sa options na refund, endorsement, or rebooking ay may karapatang mag-demand ng:
- (a) Additional compensation (cash or voucher); and
- (b) Right to board the flight kung matuoy ito after more than 6 of delay (kung hindi pa nag-refund o rebook).
Kung piliin ninyo ang refund sa anumang sitwasyon- dapat same day nila itong ibigay mula sa kanilang counters ng airline sa airport, o sa main office o anumang branch nila .
Ito ang inyong mga karapatan for cancelled or delayed flights, at pwede itong i-demand mula sa airlines, depende sa inyong sitwasyon.
