We are a group of people who truly believe that democracy is justified only when justice is democratized. Towards this end, we aim to spread our message, develop processes, technologies, and form volunteer groups that will uplift those who would not otherwise have access to legal services.
What We Collect
For legal queries, we may collect the following pieces of personal information:
- Name;
- Email Address;
- Cellphone Number;
- City;
- Any information you provide that may identify you;
Further, depending on the nature of your legal question, you may also be providing us sensitive personal information such as but not limited to:
- Information related to the legal matter subject of your query which, by law, is considered as sensitive personal information, which may include but not limited to: marital status, age, health, education, sexual life, criminal proceedings where you may be involved, and information issued by the government agencies peculiar to you such as social security numbers, previous or current health records, and licences;
- Information contained in documents endorsed by you to us in connection with your question which, by law, is considered as sensitive personal information which may include but not limited to: marital status, age, health, education, sexual life, criminal proceedings where you may be involved, and information issued by the government agencies peculiar to you such as social security numbers, previous or current health records, and licences.
For volunteers, we may collect the following pieces of personal information:

By availing yourself of our services, you are giving your unqualified consent for us to use, process, and control these information, in the manner and for the purposes we enumerate below.
Why We Collect
We collect, use and process your personal information for the following purposes:
- Assess any information that may be relevant to the matter of your query;
- Classify these information into workable categories;
- Triage these information to the members of our group so they may answer your query;
- Review and assess the correctness and accuracy of the answer in relation to the information;
- Process these questions and answers in order to anonymize them for future study and reference;
- Store these information in the manner and using the technology we deem appropriate in relation to the costs thereto;
- Contact you to relay the answer to your question;
- Should it be necessary and should you agree, offer you legal services that may be appropriate to your needs;
- Contact you regarding our different initiatives and events;
- Contact you regarding other promotions.
Security Measures
Physical Security
To the greatest extent possible, we try to avoid using paper. But whenever it becomes necessary, our information management system will be hosted on-site and secured with digital military-grade locks.
Digital Security
We use G Suite to process information. G Suite employs stringent privacy and security standards (ISO/IEC 27001; ISO/IEC 27017; SO/IEC 27018) based on industry best practices. Your personal information will be stored in a database for two years (after inquiries, requests are acted upon) after which physical records shall be disposed of through shredding, while digital files shall be anonymized.
Manpower Security
We use strong contractual commitments regarding data ownership, data use, security, transparency, and accountability, and only contractually authorized people will have access to these personal information, the exchange of which will be facilitated through email and hard copy.
Access and Correction
