Sa Supreme Court Memorandum Order No. 72-2024, may bagong mekanismo para i-report ang katiwalian sa mga hukuman.

Kasama d’yan ang extortion o panghuthot ng pera o pabor- kapalit ng impluwensya sa anumang proseso ng hukuman, o para makakuha ng insider information.

Pwedeng i-reklamo ang siunumang abogado, judge, court personnel, o sinumang nagpe-presentang fixer o influence peddler.

I-email lang ang detalye ng reklamo sa integrity@judiciary.gov.ph.

Diretso ito sa Committee on Ethics ng Korte Suprema, na pinamumunuan ng Chief Justice.

Ang report niyo ay magagamit sa entrapment operations, at makakatulong na sugpuin ang graft and corruption sa ating justice system.

Warning pa ng Korte Suprema: “Do not test the resolve and commitment of the Chief Justice and all the justices of the Supreme Court to ensure integrity in the Judiciary.”
