Nag-apply ka ba para sa PhilSys o National ID, pero hanggang ngayon, ay wala pa rin?

Pwede kang mag-request ng print-out version ng PhilSys o National ID. Pumunta lang sa https://trn-verifier.philsys.gov.ph and follow the steps.

I-enter ang Transaction Reference Number na nakuha nung nag-rehistro, mag-book ng appointment, at kunin ang print-out version ng PhilSys ID kung ready na!

Sa mga hindi pa nakapagakalapag-apply ng PhilSys o National ID, pumunta lang sa PSA Registration Center na malapit sa’yo. Pwede ang walk-ins dito, at ihanda lang ang mga pwedeng supporting documents:

• PSA-issued Certificate of Live Birth and one (1) government-issued ID with a full name, front-facing photograph, and signature or thumb mark;
• Philippine Passport or ePassport issued by DFA;
• Unified Multi-purpose ldentification (UMID) Card issued by GSIS or SSS; or
• Student’s License Permit or Non- Professional/Professional Driver’s License issued by LTO
