Kamakailan inopen na rin ng Philippine Statistics Authority o PSA ang registration para sa mga batang Filipino 1-4 years old. Kung registered na ang magulang, pwede na ring i-register ang mga anak!
Pumunta lang PSA Regional o Provincial Office, o sa mga Registration Center. Visit this website para makita ang listahan nito: https://philsys.gov.ph/registration-center/
Ihanda ang alinman sa supporting documents na to:
- Certificate of Live Birth
- Report of Birth
- Certificate of Foundling
- Municipal Form No. 102
- Philippine Passport
- Any document showing the full name of the child, date and place of birth, the full name of the mother, and the full name of the father, if acknowledged.
What to expect? I-vavalidate ang information at pipicturan si baby, at makakuha na ang PhilSys Number na naka-link sa magulang na nag-register.
Mabuting maagang makakuha ng government ID- para sa pagtanda ay mas madaling mag-transact sa government at private sector.
