Sa Expanded Tertiary Education Equivalency and Accreditation Program Act (ETEEAP) Act (R.A. 12124) — ang work experience, pwedeng i-convert into academic credits para makapagtapos ng college.
Bukas ito para sa mga:
- Edad 23 years old pataas,
- Nagtapos ng high school
- May at least 5 years na pinagsamang work experience sa industriyang related sa degree na gustong kunin.
Ang programa ay available sa mga Higher Education Institutions na accredited ng CHED (Commission on Higher Education) para sa ETEEAP.

At ito ang requirements:
- Certificate of Proficiency issued by the government regulatory board.
- Certificate of Proficiency issued by the employer(s).
- Certificate of Proficiency issued by, a licensed practitioner in the field
- Assessment/evaluation from accredited university
