Kasama d’yan ang procedure para sa requests for access to CCTV footage, whether for viewing or obtaining a recording or copy.
“Where images of persons other than the requesting data subject appear on the CCTV footage, such as a specific person sought to be identified as part of the request for identification of malefactors for the protection of lawful rights and interests, establishing legal claims, investigation, or law enforcement purposes, Section 12 (f) or 13 (f) of the DPA may apply as the basis for the disclosure.”
Pwedeng tignan ang video sa secured na lugar, at humingi ng kopy, subject to an administrative fee.
Ang request for viewing- dapat i-comply within 5 working days. At ang request for copy naman – within 15 working days dapat aksyunan.
