Defective ang item pero no video, no refund or exchange daw? Ilegal ‘yan!

Ayon sa Department of Trade and Industry (DTI), ang ganitong policy ay itinuturing “deceptive, unfair, and unconscionable sales acts or practices.”

At sa Consumer Act o R.A. 7394, ipinagbabawal ito.

Ang maaaring parusa- multa hanggang Ten Thousand Pesos (P10,000.00) o imprisonment hanggang one (1) year, o pareho, upon the discretion of the court.

So alam nyo na ha – Kung defective ang product, karapatan ng buyer ang refund or exchange. Kahit walang video!
