This includes persons engaged in their own business, pursue an art, or offer their services as a living .
Ibig sabihin, walang boss, pero wala ring HR department- at ikaw mismo ang may responsibilidad nito.
Importanteng mag-rehistro- not only to comply with the law, but also to gain credibility- which will hopefully lead to better and more opportunities.
Heto ang kailangan para maging legit!
- Occupational Tax Receipt/Professional Tax Receipt
Kumuha ng Occupational Tax Receipt/Professional Tax Receipt mula sa inyong local city o municipal government. Minsan, tinatawag din itong Mayor’s Permit.
- TIN Registration/Update
- Certificate of Registration
- Authority to Print Receipts/Registration of Book of Accounts
- a) Birth Certificate;
- b) Valid Government IDs;
- c) Barangay Certificate;
- d) Contract/s with Clients;
- e) PRC ID (if applicable).
Makakatulong kung kita ng kliyente na seryoso at lehitimo ang business activities ninyo as a freelancer.
